Senior Ruby on Rails Developer
Full Time Position
Obridge is looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer with at least 2-3 + year of relevant experience to produce scalable software solutions. As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you should be comfortable around the framework and third-party libraries. You will craft rich, interactive user experiences for the client.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality software design and architecture
- Strong experience with AWS services
- Release Management
- Experience with REST API’s
- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
- Review and debug code
- Perform validation and verification testing
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products/Project.
- Document development phases and monitor systems
- Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 + years of experience using Ruby on Rails
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows)
- Experience with React JS is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
- Knowledge of selected programming languages (e.g. ROR, JS)
